We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing timely feedback and approvals
• Supplying necessary content, credentials, and access
• Ensuring they have rights to all provided materials
• Making timely payments as agreed

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

We strive to deliver high-quality work but cannot guarantee that our services will be error-free or uninterrupted. Our services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

We will make reasonable efforts to fix any bugs or issues identified within the warranty period specified in your project agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

TwinDev Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement according to the terms specified in that agreement. Upon termination, you will be responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.

10. Confidentiality

We will maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the course of our work together, except as required by law or with your explicit permission.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify clients of any material changes. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws for remote service provision. Any disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation or mediation.
